Next Restaurant, located in Chicago’s West Loop, changes its restaurant concept every four months. Three times a year they completely overhaul both the menu and interior aesthetic, in an impressive display of creativity and stamina. Each time they do so, they need branding, menus, and a trailer for the chosen concept. They’ve explored menus ranging from childhood and Hollywood to Kaiseki and Mexico City.
For their Tokyo menu this year, I created some neon graphics, animated by my husband.
