End Sheets

Book end sheets are, in my opinion, often wasted real estate. Most cookbooks I own use floods of color. I knew for The Aviary Cocktail Book I wanted to use them to add visual interest in some way, so I opted for illustrations. A detailed illustration of The Aviary’s interior sits in the front of the book, and The Office (their underground speakeasy) adorns the back end sheets.
